Aims for the future (practice)

AIMS FOR THE FUTURE
I could see that some tasks were more engaging than the others. Therefore, my goal for the future is to keep in mind the activities which went well. Students were particularly engaged when they were able to create. Children should be active learners thus it is important to challenge them with tasks which encourage cooperation and support higher order thinkings skills. Consequently, planning my future lessons, I need to focus on allowing student to use their creativity to design and construct something. My action plan is to pay attention to the Bloom's taxonomy and implement it in my practice. I think that I can achieve this goal by focusing on higher order thinking skills when planning lessons for my own students. As a result, I will master designing activities which are both engaging and challenging. 

FINAL CONCLUSION 
I am very happy that I was given a chance to do my practice in such a fantastic school. I am grateful that children were supportive as they willing participated in the lessons. I think that the task which required creating posters went very good. Children had to work in pairs to cut the bins and materials, and then create a poster by sorting materials to the corresponding bins. They were positive about the task and two students have asked me to give them some more time as they really wanted to complete their poster. I am particularly proud of my ability to connect with the students. They were very welcoming and I felt relaxed. I was a little bit stressed, but only before the lesson, probably because of my tendency to overthinking everything. However, as soon as the lesson started, the stress was gone. Besides, I think that I need to work on time-management. Some of the activities took longer than I expected and as a result, we were not able to do all the things which I planned. I think that estimating time for each activity is likely to bring positive outcomes.
